Matthew is a founding member of the Save Our Future Action Coalition, Inc.,  currently sits on the board, and is the responsible for the organization's website.

 

Matthew received his bachelor of arts degree from SUNY New Paltz, majoring in political science with a minor in geology. He is currently pursuing graduate study in political science in Manhattan. 

 

Matthew has an interest in environmental and conservation issues and how government develops and implements related public policy.

 

His most recent academic work, "America’s Foreign Policy on Environmental Protection with Special Attention to Concerns in Eastern Europe," prepared for CUNY Ambassador in Residence Blackford examines concerns the United States has over environmental degradation in Eastern Europe.
